A: Geek At Your Door offers a low hourly rate depending on the size and location of your job. Most residential customers will only be charged $79-$99 per hour, while businesses can range from $99-$129 per hour. There are a few jobs that are charged flat rates because it may take several hours, which in turn will save you money. Please call us to receive a more detailed quote.


Q: How long does it take to solve a problem?
A: Approximately 75% of most jobs are completed in less than one hour. Other jobs may take longer. We believe in excellent, quality service but we will try our best to stay within your budget.


Q: Do you work on MACs too?

A: Geek At Your Door is currently only offering onsite tech support. We do this to cut our overhead costs so we can pass our savings on to you. If your near the area, feel free to contact us for a possible drop off of your PC or laptop.


Q: When is my payment due? Can you bill me?
A: For residential and small business customers, payment will be due on the same day service is completed. For medium sized businesses, we can send you an invoice and you may pay online or by mail.
